En nariz es limpio y fresco, destacando la fruta madura y fruta de hueso, destacando el aroma varietal del hinojo muy bien acompasado con un fondo mineral.
La entrada en boca es seca, fresca y equilibrado. Con un sabor untuoso y elegante, notándose una crianza sobre lías muy delicada, volviendo al vino mas redondo y amable.
Un verdejo 100% elaborado a partir de una materia prima muy cuidada y seleccionada.

On the nose it is clean and fresh, with ripe fruit and stone fruit standing out, highlighting the varietal aroma of fennel very well balanced with a mineral background.
On the palate it is dry, fresh and balanced. With a creamy and elegant flavour, with a very delicate ageing on lees, making the wine more rounded and pleasant.
